摘要
灯盏花素临床上主要用于治疗缺血性心脑血管疾病,从其舒张血管,调节离子通道,抗自由基、蛋白激酶C和保护神经元等几方面综述探讨了灯盏花素的细胞分子作用机制.
Breviscapine,isolated from Erigeron breviscapus(Van)t Hand-mazz,is widely used to treat ischemi cardio-and cerebro-vascular diseases clinically.According to its pharmacological actions in relaxing vessel,regulating ion channel,preventing free radical,inhibiting protein kinase C and protecting nerve cell,the cell & molecular mechanism of breviscapine were summarized in the present review.
