凋亡因子及其配体与椎间盘退变关系研究的进展 被引量:1

摘要 Fas/FasL是一对凋亡因子,能诱导多种细胞凋亡;椎间盘退变是一种生理过程,其发生的机制尚不明确,研究表明退变椎间盘中凋亡细胞明显增加,细胞合成能力下降.就Fas/FasL在椎间盘退变中的作用和关系的研究现状作一综述. Fas/FasL has been known to be major apoptotic factors which regulate apoptosis of many cell-types.Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is a pathophysicological process.The exact pathogenesis of IDD is not clear yet.In this review we summrized the research advances in the role of Fas/FasL,and it's relationship with IDD.
