摘要 为了能够适应工业现场的恶劣环境和满足工业中工序的生产要求,减少用户的误操作,提高系统的高可靠性,提出基于80C552单片机为核心的pH实时测控系统人机对话通道的设计方法,包含键盘输入和LED显示两部分.键盘输入结合LED显示的用户界面可实时监视pH测控系统的运行状况,完成各种参数的输入、编辑,设置系统功能等,实现用户与系统之间的人机交互.系统人机界面直观、简洁、实用、稳定. In order to adapt to the severe environment of industrial spot,satisfy the demand of the neutralization working procedure production,reduce user's misoperation and enhance the system higher reliability,the human-machine interface for pH real-time measure and control system based on 80C552 singlechip was designed.It includes keyboard input module and display module.The user interface of combining keyboard with LED display module can monitor the process state of pH measure and control system,input and edit the parameters,set the system functions,etc.It realizes the human-machine interaction between user and the system.The system application shows the human-machine interface is more intuitional,concise,practical and stable.
