摘要
分别根据二维无限高势垒模型,多体散射理论对量子围栏中金属表面电子的局域态密度在空间上的变化进行了模拟.根据二维有限高势垒模型对量子围栏中金属表面电子的局域态密度在能谱上的共振进行了模拟.计算机模拟结果与STM图像,STS谱符合得较好.
In this article,respectively on the basis of two dimensional infinite-height potential barrier model,multiple-scattering theory the spatial variations of local density of states of metals surface electron can be simulated over a quantum corral.On the basis of two dimensional finite-height potential barrier model the energy spectra resonances of local density of states of metals surface electron can be simulated over a quantum corral.The computer simulation results in a good fit to the STM image and STS spectrum.
