杭州七格污水处理厂三期进水调节池及泵房基坑围护设计

摘要 SMW工法是在水泥搅拌桩内插入H型钢的一种基坑围护施工方法,具有施工周期短、工程造价低、抗渗能力强、材料可重复利用、对环境影响小等优点,在深基坑围护中具备较大的技术经济优势。通过在杭州七格污水处理厂三期进水调节池及泵房基坑围护工程中成功应用,提出该围护方法在10m左右深度围护工程中值得进一步推广。 SMW method is one of the construction methods for pit support design which insert a H-shaped steel pile into a cement mixing pile,the method has the advantages of short construction period,low project cost,strong impermeability ability,reusable materials and small environmental impact,etc.Thus,it has greater technology and economic advantages in deep foundation pit supporting structures.The method was successfully used in the pit design of third stage regulation pool and water pumping station in Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant,and it shows that the method is worthy of further promotion in about 10 depth pit supporting engineering.
