摘要
本文针对某公司周边环境复杂,基坑施工过程中存在的安全隐患,对整个基坑地质条件及水文条件进行了分析计算,从基坑受力合理、施工可行、周围环境以及围护造价等方面综合考虑,采用排桩+内支撑基坑围护结构,采用预应力锚杆对周围相邻建筑物进行加固处理,设计合理,施工质量满足工程要求,周边相邻建筑物沉降及位移得到有效的控制(根据基坑监测结果,最大水平位移仅9mm),确保了现有建筑物安全使用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。提出了围护设计方案,按设计施工时,对周边环境进行严格监测,消除了安全隐患,取得了较好的效果。
In this paper,the complexity of the surrounding environment of a company,foundation construction process of the security risks that exist in the entire foundation of geological conditions and hydrological conditions are analyzed,the reasonable force from the foundation,construction feasibility,cost of the surrounding environment as well as the envelope considered and so on,the pile foundation pit support + inner structure,the use of prestressed anchor to the surrounding buildings adjacent to the reinforcement,design reasonable,the quality of construction to meet the engineering requirements,around the settlement and displacement of adjacent buildings have been effective control (based on monitoring results of excavation,the largest horizontal displacement only 9mm),to ensure the safe use of the existing buildings,Can be used for reference for similar projects.Proposed building envelope design,construction designed for strict monitoring of the surrounding environment,eliminating potential safety problems,and achieved good results.
