摘要
介绍了规划环境影响评价的发展及应用,根据规划环境影响评价及重化工港口规划的特点,对该类型规划环境影响评价的内容、技术路线和侧重点进行了研究,为我国重化工港口规划环境影响评价技术的完善提供借鉴。
It is introduced the development and application of planning environmental impact assesment(EIA).According to the feature of planning environmental impact assesment and harbor planning,it is studied that the contents technichal lines and emphasised respect of the planning EIA,so as to provide reference for planning EIA of a harbor.
