摘要
为提高液动除尘器的呼吸性粉尘除尘效率,有效改善掘进工作面工作环境,采用正交表L25(56)安排试验,对风量、喷雾压力、喷嘴3个影响液动除尘器呼吸性粉尘除尘效率的主要参数各做了5个水平的考察,得到了CSY-180液动除尘器运行的最优方案:风量170~180 m3/min、喷雾压力5 MPa、选用SY180型喷嘴。试验表明:最佳运行工况条件下可使液动除尘器的呼吸性粉尘除尘效率大于98%,并且喷嘴对呼吸性粉尘除尘效果的影响是最大的。
Experiments were conducted with orthorhombic form L25(56) and investigation was made in 5 levels on three main parameters of air quantity,spray pressure and nozzles which have influence on the respirable dust removal efficiency of the dust collector in order to raise the respirable dust removal efficiency of the hydraulic dust collector and effectively improve the working environment of heading face,and the optimum scheme for the operation of CSY-180 hydraulic dust collector was thus obtained: air quantity is 170~180 m3/min,spray pressure is 5 Mpa and SY180 nozzle is selected.Experiments indicated that the respirable dust removal efficiency of the hydraulic dust collector can reach 98% or more under the best operating conditions and the nozzles have greatest influence on the respirable dust removal effect.
