摘要
针对油田抽油机负荷波动大,平均负荷率低等特点,选用双功率复式电机作为其拖动电机,并设计了一种基于AVR单片机的专用控制器。该控制器实时检测判断负载大小,与设定两绕组的额定功率相比较,确定复式电机功率的投入。同时实现了过载(过流)、缺相等保护。详细论述了控制器的工作原理,给出了硬件电路、软件流程图。实际应用表明,控制器达到了设计要求。
According to oil suction machine has the characteristics of big load fluctuation,low average load rate,a double power multiple motor is selected for drive motor and a special controller based on AVR microcontroller is designed.Through detecting the real-time load current,the controller can control switching of the multiple motor power compared with rated power of the setted two-winding,and realize the protection of overload(over-current),phase failure etc.The working principle of proposed controller is discussed in detail,and the hardware circuit and software flow chart are presented.Practical application results show that the controller reaches design requirements.
