摘要 针对燃气轮机化学回热循环双燃料系统油气切换过程易引起燃烧室出口温度大幅波动的问题,介绍了燃气轮机化学回热循环、双燃料切换过程和控制重点。分析了不同裂解率下的热平衡关系。建立了油气切换的控制模型,应用Matlab/Simulink进行了切换过程仿真。同时,根据燃烧室的排气温度来调节进入燃烧室和裂解器中的燃油流量的策略,应用双辅助回路PID串级比例控制,设计了基于西门子STEP7和WinCC的化学回热试验台双燃料系统的切换控制和监控系统,实现了排气温度基本保持在一定温度的控制要求和油气切换平稳过渡的工程需要。 To the dual-fuel system switching of chemical reheated cycle of gas turbine which is easy caused outlet temperature fluctuations,the working process and control point of dual fuel exchange system which is a part of chemically recuperated gas turbine cycle(CRGT)are introduced.Analyses are done to the thermal pyrolysis under different rate,the cracking gas equivalent calculation of supply and chemical calorific value of regenerator diesel.The thermal equilibrium in different thermal cracking rate was calculated and analyzed.The law of control about the switch of fuel and gas in the dual fuel system are studied,at the same time,the switch and exchange processing are simulated in Matlab/Simulink.According to the exhaust temperature of combustion chamber,the flow of fuel is adjusted which go to combustion chamber and the cracking device with the application of double auxiliary loop PID of cascade and proportion system to achieve the basic control requirement of the exhaust temperature keeping in valuing and smooth transition to the project.And the monitoring system of CRGT test bench under STEP7 and WinCC is designed.
