摘要
环境责任保险制度在我国起步比较晚,而在西方主要发达国家,环境责任保险制度已经成为各国通过社会化途径解决环境损害赔偿问题的主要方式之一。了解我国环境责任保险制度的现状,讨论环境责任保险制度的构建,对完善我国环境法律体系,稳定社会经济秩序,防治环境污染具有深远意义。
In China,environmental liability insurance system started relatively late,while environmental liability insurance system has become the country through the social-oriented solution to the issue of compensation for environmental damage in the major western developed countries.It's important to understand Chinese environmental liability insurance system,the status quo,to discuss construction of environmental liability insurance system for improve China's environmental legal system,stable social and economic order,prevention and control of environmental pollution has far-reaching significance.
