摘要
针对大型运动机构的运动特性和控制特点复杂,难于实现精确仿真的问题,介绍了一种应用系统仿真技术构建完备的虚拟训练系统的方法。该系统针对大型机构的操作场景采用三维视景仿真技术进行视景仿真,针对大型机构的内部的运动控制系统采用动力学仿真技术进行动力学仿真,采用共享内存技术将两种仿真结果有机的融合为统一的仿真系统,构成了一套强沉浸感的实时交互的模拟训练系统,为大型机构的训练提供了一种经济、有效、安全的新型训练方式。
According to the dynamic attribute and the complex controlling attributes of the large mechanism,a method about how to construct a self-contained virtual training system with system simulation technology was introduced.This method will help realize accurate simulation.Aiming at the operation scene and inner dynamic control system of the large mechanism,the technology of visualization simulation and dynamics simulation were applied.The shared memory technique was used to make the two simulation technique into one simulation system.It is a real time simulation training system,which provides a new training pattern for large locomotor mechanism,and the new virtual training system takes the advantages of economy,efficiency and safety.
