摘要
为了筛选分析大豆中的植酸,研究了不用纯化分离的快速测定法。方法原理基于大豆中植酸和酸溶性磷间存在的高度线性相关关系。16个大豆定标样品的相关系数和标准差分别是0.992和0.24。对10个测算样品所进行的配对法检验表明快速测定法能够生成与离子交换法相一致的结果。
The method of rapid determination was developed for screening analysis of phytic acid in soybean seeds without purification. It was based on highly linear interrelation between phytic acid and acid -soluble phosphorus in soybean. Correlation coefficients(r) and standard errors of calibraion (SEC) for 16 samples were 0. 992, and 0. 23, respectively. Pared t-Test for 10 prediction samples showed the presented metod and ion -exchange method could produce comparable results.
