摘要
中南大学创办的升华班立足以高起点本科生为培养对象,以培养知识广、见识广,意识强、能力强的领军人才为目标,按照"夯实基础、融合专业、注重个性、放眼国际、强化能力、提升素质"的办学理念,遵循高起点、高要求、高目标的培养原则,倡导培养对象多专业、培养过程多手段、质量评价多方法,构建了以多样性为主导的高起点本科生培养模式,创建了多样化的培养手段和培养途径,重点提出了通过非教学途径和国际教育长见识,使人才培养实现真正意义上的国际化。实践证明,这是一种成功的领军人才培养模式,它开辟了我校培养杰出人才的新途径。
Central South University classes has set up a high starting point for training College students,who should have a wealth of knowledge,various aspects of society,awareness,and ability to target the leader in human resources.In accordance with the 'to lay a solid foundation for integration of professional,to pay attention to personality,to focus on international,to strengthen capacity and enhance the quality' of the school philosophy,following the training principle of high starting point,high demand,high objectives,the high diversity of undergraduate-led training model is constructed,and a variety of training ways and training means are created.It highlights that a wide range of knowledge can be obtained by use of the non-teaching approach and international education,which would be achieved a real sense of internationalization for talent training.It has proved that this is a successful mode in training leading talents,which is opened up a new way to train outstanding talented persons for our school.
