镁稀土合金板材的热轧工艺与组织性能研究

摘要 对挤压态Mg-12Gd-3Y-0.4Zr合金板材在450℃下分别以10%,30%,50%和70%的道次压下量进行轧制,并对轧制板材进行时效处理以进一步提高其强度。本文研究了合金在轧制及时效态的组织及力学性能。试验结果表明,轧制过程可显著细化合金组织并有第二相析出,使力学性能得到提高。其中以50%压下量轧制的板材组织及力学性能最优,T5处理后其最高强度可达屈服396MPa,抗拉486MPa。 The extruded Mg-12Gd-3Y-0.4Zr alloy sheets were rolled at 723K,with the eduction of 10%,30%,50%,70% respectively,and then aging treatment were performed to improve their properties.The microstrues and tensile properties of the alloy sheets were investi gated,including as-rolled and T5 conditions.The experiemental results show that the rolling processing has an affect on grain refinement and the precipitation of second phases,so the strength of the rolled alloy has been greatly enhanced.The sheets rolled with the reduction of 50% per pass can achieved the best properties,which shows ultimate tensile strength is 486MPa,yield strength is 396MPa at T5 condition.
