Architecture of remote fault diagnosis system for in-orbit satellite

摘要 讨论了构建在轨卫星远程诊断系统的基本要求,建立了基于在轨卫星状态参数的远程诊断体系架构,划分了系统功能层次模型,研究了系统实现方法及技术关键点.以网络服务(Web service)技术体系为核心,基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)三层结构建立了在轨卫星远程诊断原型试验系统,阐述了系统故障诊断的具体过程.通过系统仿真表明综合运用相关模块能初步实现在轨卫星运行状态的获知与报警、故障的诊断与隔离、维护建议的提出以及远程专家会诊等主要功能,故障定位和处理速度快,为进一步开发实用系统,建立和完善在轨卫星新型诊断维护体系提供了参考. Basic requests of establishing a remote diagnosis system of in-orbit satellite were introduced.A remote diagnosis structure and a function-layer model of in-orbit satellite remote diagnosis system had been put forward which based on the status parameter of satellite.The way to implement and some key difficulties during the development were proposed in detail.A prototype system based on the Web service technology and B/S three-tier structure was established.The research about concrete process and methods of the diagnosing system was introduced.Through the emulation operation of the system,which could be seen that it can synthesize each program and realize the functions such as capturing status parameter of the satellites and giving alarm,fault diagnosis and its isolation,maintenance advice providing,remote expert consultation,etc.And the fault could be isolated and deal fast.Some reference was offered for the practical system development,as well as the new system diagnosis and maintenance system for in-orbit satellites.
