桐柏电站地下厂房开挖支护关键施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 根据桐柏抽水蓄能电站地下厂房实际地质资料,并借鉴国内多家同类工程经验,制定了厂房上部的开挖分层方案和2、3层边墙预裂方法,经过多次模拟开挖试验,确定了岩台开挖方案、最佳炮孔布置和装药结构等爆破参数。通过室内试验和现场喷射大板试验,研究了钢纤维混凝土的主要力学特性及工作性能,确定了适合支护要求的钢纤维混凝土配合比,并对喷射钢纤维混凝土施工的关键技术做了简要介绍。 Based on domestic project experience and engineering geologic conditions of Tongbai underground powerhouse,excavating layering measure and presplit blasting of powerhouse upper part is established,and the optimum methods of rock excavation,the most available layout of bore hole,the most effective formation of explosive charge and other relative blasting parameter are ultimately determined by repeated simulation excavation test.The authors studied the mechanical properties and working properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete,determined the mix proportion of steel fiber reinforced concrete related to requirement of support and construction by field and laboratory test.The critical construction technology of steel fibers shotcrete is briefly presented.
