摘要
水结成冰的过程中电阻,电容会随之发生变化.同时,温度是影响冰的性状及冰层的变化的重要物理量之一.基于这一特点,作者提出了利用空气、冰与水的物理特性差异实现对冰层及冰下水位进行接触式检测的新的冰层厚度检测思路.本文对含有导电杂质的冰、冰水混合物、水与空气等物质随温度变化所表现出的电阻,电容特性进行了分析,据此提出了利用空气、冰与水的电阻,电容特性差异实现对冰层厚度及冰下水位进行接触式检测的传感器结构及其冰厚检测原理.
There would be difference of resistance and capacitance between water into ice,at the same time,temperature is one of the important physical quantities which affect ice traits and ice layers' changes.Based on this feature,writer proposed the idea to realize touched measurement of ice layers and water by difference of physical feature among air,water and ice.The resistance and capacitance features in various substances containing electric particle with temperature change:air,water,ice and mixture of ice and water etc were analyzed.So it proposes a novel structure of touched sensor and theory of ice thickness measurement.
