介绍了慕尼黑ITMA 2007展出的德国特吕茨勒公司在DK803型、DK903型的基础上新近研发的TC-03、TC-06、TC-07、TC5-1、TC5-3型高产梳棉机。这些高产梳棉机除了继续沿用DK803型及DK903型的一些技术优点外,对梳棉机做了许多重要改进,如:抬高了梳棉机锡林位置,增加梳理弧长度;固定盖板及吸尘罩的新型设计及配置;增加对刺辊落棉的智能管理功能;活动盖板隔距的精确调节;梳棉机传动系统、吸风系统的改进;以及触摸式彩屏显示的设计和控制系统等。瑞士立达公司的C60型梳棉机将机幅加宽到1.5 m,在其它条件不变的情况下,可增加单产50%,并可快速变换成三刺辊供转杯纺纱。
Introduction is made to the hi-production cards TC-03,TC-06,TC-07,TC5-1,TC5-3 by Truetzschler Germany based onthe cards DK803,DK903 shown in ITMA2007 Munich.There are many modifications on the newcards besides the advantages on DK803 ND DK903,namely,raising the position of the cylinder,increasing the length of carding arc,newconfiguration of stationary top and suction hood,increasing robot management of noil,adjustable of gauge of movingtop,modification of conveyor systemand ventilation system,design of touch screen and control system.The card C60 by Rieter Switzerland makes the length extension to 1.5 m,thus increasing 50 %per unit equipment and adjustable for three taker-in roller for rotor spinning,given the condition unchanged.
