制备方法对中高温煤气脱硫剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 随着中高温煤气脱硫技术的发展,脱硫剂的制备方法也呈现出多种形式,目前主要有机械共混法、浸渍法、沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法等。脱硫剂的制备方法直接影响着其物化性能。本文对中高温煤气脱硫剂制备方法进行了总结,基于不同活性组分的硫化/再生反应性与不同方法所制备脱硫剂的粒径及表面特性对比分析了各类方法的优缺点,归纳出适合于不同硫化条件所使用脱硫剂的制备方法。 With the development of coal gas desulfurization technology at middle or high-temperature,the preparation method of desulfurizers also has many ways.At present there are mainly mechanical mixing method,impregnation method,co-precipitation method,sol-gel method and so on.The preparation method of desulfurizer directly affects its physicochemical properties and then its sulfidation performance.The preparation method of sorbent is reviewed in this paper.The advantages and shortcomings of the various methods are discussed based on the distinction among the sulfide/regeneration performance and the particle sizes,surface characteristics of sorbents.The suitable preparation method of sorbents for different sulfidation condition is summarized up.
