摘要
为了研究断面密度分布(VDP)对纤维板弹性模量(MOE)的影响,该文采用分段函数模拟板材VDP,并利用弹性力学薄板理论和VDP模拟模型,建立纤维板MOE预测模型。结果表明:VDP模拟模型和MOE预测模型的计算值与实测值基本吻合;最高密度对应的厚度与板材MOE存在密切关系;不同于密度均质板材,非均质纤维板的MOE与板材厚度有关。说明VDP是影响纤维板MOE的一个重要因素,纤维板MOE预测模型具有一定的实用性。
To study the effects of vertical density profile(VDP) on fiberboard's modulus of elasticity(MOE),sub-function was used to simulate the VDP of fiberboard. MOE of fiberboard was obtained by elastic plate theory and VDP simulation model.The results indicated that VDP simulation model and MOE forecasting model accorded well with the testing data.There was an intensive relationship between the thickness of peak density and MOE of panels.Different from homogeneous fiberboard,MOE of heterogeneous fiberboard was related to the thickness of panels.It shows that VDP is a very important factor affecting fiberboard's MOE,and the prediction model of MOE of fiberboard has practicability to a certain extent.
