摘要
考察了提取方法和提取条件对从活性污泥中提取聚-β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)效果的影响。结果表明,利用EDTA、SDS和NaClO混合组成的破壁溶液同有机溶剂氯仿边破壁边提取的方法最为有效。在该方法中,当EDTA溶液、SDS溶液和NaClO的体积比为5∶5∶9、污泥干重与总破壁剂体积(g/mL)之比为0.29%时,在35℃下提取7 h可达最佳提取效果,此时活性污泥内PHB提取率达75.42%。
The effects of extraction method and condition of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate from activated sludge were studied.The results show that when using dispersion of DETA,SDS,sodium hypochlorite solution and chloroform synchronously,the highest extraction rate is achieved.The optimal extraction conditions are the activated sludge being extracted in chloroform with 0.29%(w/v) of mixed solution [V(EDTA)∶V(SDS)∶V(NaClO)=5∶5∶9] at 35℃ for 7 h.At these conditions,the extraction rate can reach 75.42%.
