摘要
以葡萄糖、蔗糖为原料,采用氧化银作催化剂、碘乙烷或一氯乙烷作醚化剂将葡萄糖和蔗糖羟基全乙基化而液化单糖、寡糖,可达到制备生物能源的目的。本文通过在反应体系中添加碘化钠加快一氯乙烷醚化的速度,以降低成本。此法的优点是可直接利用纤维质降解物产生的单糖和寡糖合成液体能源,产品性能稳定,能量利用效率高。
Ethyl iodine and ethyl chloride can be used to ethylize glucose and sucrose with catalysis by silver oxide,which can liquefy the mono-and oligosaccharides and turn them into bioenergetic source.In this paper,sodium iodine is added to accelerate the reaction of glucose or sucrose-ethyl chloride thus greatly decreases the production cost.By this way the plant cellulose can be directly used to produce bioenergetic source and the products show high stability and energetic efficiency.
