摘要
对诱变、原生质体融合及基因技术在环境工程中的研究进展进行了概述;说明了现代生物技术在环境工程上的应用主要集中在构建高效工程用菌去除难降解有毒物质方面;指出了生物修复技术具有较好的生态和经济效益,发展应用前景广阔。
Application research developments of mutagenesis, protoplast fusion and genetic technology in environmental engineering were summarized. It explained that application of modern biotechnology in environmental engineering focused on removing non-degradation toxic matters by structuring high efficient engineering culture. Better ecological and economic benefits of bioremediation technology were pointed out, and it has an extremely extensive application prospect.
