摘要
介绍3S技术的概念和3S技术在第二次农村土地调查中的相互关系;阐述根据《第二次全国土地调查技术规程》要求和技术路线制作工作底图、外业调绘、数据建库的基本方法;探讨如何提高DOM的质量、创新外业调绘的方法,提高矢量化的精度,从而提高第二次农村土地调查数据库的质量,更好地满足社会经济发展和国土资源管理的需要。
This paper introduced 3S technology and it' mutual relations in the second land investigation,described the basic method for map production,field Annotation,database Establishment According to request of ' Tech-nical Regulations of the Second Land Investigation' explored how to improve the DOM quality and vectorization accuracy,to innovate field Annotation,for enhancing the database quality of rural land investigation in order to meet the needs of socio-economic development and land resource management.
