吊挂式烟囱钢内筒施工方案探讨 被引量:1

摘要 新建火力发电厂的烟气多为湿法脱硫,该法产生的酸水对烟囱内壁防腐提出了更高的要求,因此耐腐蚀较好的钢内筒开始在烟囱设计中广泛使用.悬吊式烟囱钢内筒节约钢材、利于外筒设计,已成为近几年设计的优选方案.如何将源自于自立式钢内筒施工的几种倒装方案用于悬吊式钢内筒施工,并从中择优,是悬吊式烟囱钢内筒施工需要解决的问题. The wet desulphurization is always used to deal with the flue gas in newly built thermal power plant.This method produces acid water;therefore high corrosion resistance of inner surface of chimney is required;and so steel inner cylinder with better corrosion resistance in chimney design is generally applied.The suspended steel inner for cylinder saves steel,and is helpful to external cylinder design;so in recent years,it has been an optimum scheme in design.How to apply several kinds of inversion schemes coming from self-erecting steel inner cylinder construction to suspended steel inner cylinder construction,and to find the best scheme,is a problem to be solved in suspended chimney steel inner cylinder construction.The suspended method has been used in the chimney program steel inner cylinder design in the Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant;and jacking pressure flip method has been applied to the construction.It is proved that the scheme better satisfied the safety level and gained economic benefit.
