摘要
针对我国高烈度区大容量机组火力发电厂主厂房钢筋混凝土框排架结构"先天不足"以及钢结构主厂房造价高的现状,提出采用型钢混凝土(SRC)框架-钢筋混凝土(RC)分散剪力墙构成的混合结构体系作为主厂房新型结构体系.根据该结构体系特点,选取三榀三跨结构进行1/7比例空间模型拟动力和拟静力试验,研究了该新型结构体系在水平地震作用下的受力特点和SRC框架与RC剪力墙协同工作性能等;采用ABAQUS软件进行了动力弹塑性分析,数值分析结果与试验结果吻合较好.研究结果表明,该新型结构体系具有良好的抗震性能,能够满足高烈度区大容量机组主厂房结构的抗震要求,且造价及后期维护费用低廉,可供同类结构设计参考.
In highly seismic zone,for the main buildings of large power plants the concrete structure or steel structure is often used.Both of these structure systems have their shortcomings.Therefore the SRC frame-RC wall structure system is put forward as a new structure system.According to the characteristics of the hybrid structure system,selecting three-span structure of 1 / 7 model,the pseudo-dynamic and static test are carried out to study the aseismic behavior;using ABAQUS software to carry out the elastoplastic dynamic analysis;numerical analysis results agree well with the experimental results.The results show that the new structure system has good aseismic behavior,lower costs and lower maintenance costs;it can be used in highly seismic zone;and it can be for reference in similar projects.
