摘要
以甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)为单体聚合得到一系列不同分子量的PDMAEMA防护材料;以二氯乙醚(DCE)为芥子气的模拟剂,通过气相色谱法研究薄膜PDMAEMA的防护性能,探讨分子量改变对薄膜吸附效果的影响。结果表明:最初,薄膜对DCE吸收率随着薄膜分子量增大而逐渐增加;当分子量超过20000后,薄膜对DCE的吸收率稳定在60%左右。
A series of new functionalized polymer membranes with different molecular weight based on dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate were successfully prepared under inert atmosphere.Then,the evaluation method on protecting performance of these polymer materials have been established by using dichloroethyl ether as mustard gas' simulant with Gas Chromatography.Furthermore,the relationship between the absorption performance and the change of molecular weight for these polymer materials has been discussed in detail.The results reveal that the adsorption performance gradually rises along with the increase of the molecular weight(M_w ) and the maximum adsorption percentage remains about 60%when the M_w value exceeds to 20 000.
