加热炉多性能非脆弱鲁棒控制优化设计

摘要 对加热炉非脆弱鲁棒控制问题进行研究。提出非脆弱鲁棒性能设计实质上是保证非脆弱鲁棒稳定且满足一定带宽的前提下,对其他性能的优化过程;指出该问题可以统一在μ综合框架之下进行处理;给出非脆弱鲁棒性能设计中将性能权函数的选取直接与系统带宽和高频干扰抑制相联系的方法;讨论基于带宽的非脆弱鲁棒性能设计权函数的选择,求解μ综合非脆弱鲁棒PI控制器。仿真结果表明,该设计方法是有效的。 Non-fragile robust control problem of a heating furnace was studied. It is pointed out that this problem is really a non-fragile robust performance problem, the problem with both non-fragile robust stability and performance requirements(bandwidth and other performances optimization). It is also suggested that the design of the non-fragile robust performance can be formulated as a μ-synthesis problem, if the uncertainty weighting function and the performance weighting function to system bandwidth and disturbance attenuation are revised appropriately. The μ-synthesis non-fragile robust PI controllers are solved. The results of the design look as if they were normal PI controllers, but their control quality, robustness and adaptability are better than the latter, and their structures are simple, definite, useful etc. The realization of the controllers doesn’t involve extra cost to the control equipment in existence. The results show that the proposed method is efficient and feasible.
