摘要
本文主要介绍了智能化水电站中新型水轮机调速器的设计思路。首先提出了适应当前智能水电站要求的调速器的总体框架,其次基于MODBUS TCP/IP网络通讯设计、采用IRIG-B时钟码的对时方案,具有智能控制单元的电液随动系统、基于三选二冗余技术的高可靠性设计、基于现场总线的数字化变送器采集技术、仿真与测试接口设计等方面,希望能为当前智能电网环境下新型水轮机调速器的研究和设计提供一定参考。
This paper describes design ideas of new turbine governor in intelligent hydropower station.The first presented is general framework of turbine governor which adapted to the current requirements of intelligent station,then introduces the time setting based on MODBUS TCP / IP network communication and IRIG-B time code,digital acquisition technology based on field bus,high-reliability design based on three selected two redundancy technology,electro-hydraulic servo system with intelligent control unit,interface design between simulation and test etc.Hope to provide a reference for new turbine governor’s study and design in current intelligent grid.
