摘要
"十一五"国家课题"我国高校应用型人才培养模式研究"子课题中缺乏对"医学本科应用型人才培养模式"的研究。但培养医学本科应用型人才是顺应社会发展的必然选择。从内涵界定与素质框架两个层面阐明了我国医学本科应用型人才的含义,分析了我国确立该目标的内、外部动因,并说明尽管我国医学本科教育现状奠定了基础,但还存在诸多障碍,应当从树立医学教育多类型人才观、加强理论研究和转变教学方式、制定标准等方面促使目标的建立。
It is an inevitable option of adapting to the development of social and medical science that training the application-oriented medical undergraduates(AOMU).Based on defining the connotation and the qualification frame of AOMU,this article analyzed the external and internal motivation of establishing this goal in China.Although the present situation of medical undergraduate education has laid foundation for this objective,there is still so many obstacles to overcome.It is required to change the idea of the talents,strengthen the theoretical studying of AOMU,improve teaching style and establish evaluation standards.
