氢氟酸处理的纳米TiO_2光催化氧化采油污水 被引量:2

Treatment of Oil-Containing Wastewater through Photocatalytic Oxidation Using nano-TiO_2 Treated by Hydrofluoric Acid

摘要 用氢氟酸处理的纳米TiO2为光催化剂、以COD去除率为评价指标进行了采油污水的光催化氧化试验,分析了氢氟酸影响纳米TiO2光催化性能的原因,考察了催化剂用量、pH值和外加氧化剂H2O2对氢氟酸处理纳米TiO2光催化反应的影响。结果表明:氢氟酸处理的纳米TiO2,由于F-存在于纳米TiO2表面,改变了表面酸度,增加了有机物的吸附量,使得同等实验条件下采油污水COD去除率得到了提高,其光催化剂和H2O2的最佳使用量分别为10 g/L和80 mg/L,体系的pH值范围为8~10。 The COD removal rate was as the index to assess treatment effects of the oil-containing wastewater with photocatalytic oxidation using nano-TiO2 treated by HF(hydrofluoric acid).The reason that HF influenced the photocatalytic property of nano-TiO2 was researched.The influence of the amount of catalyst,pH values and H2O2 on the nano-TiO2 treated by HF were examined.The results showed that the F-existing on the the surface of catalyst changed the surface acidity,increased the amount of absorbed organism.Nano-TiO2 had the COD removal rate of the oil-containing wastewater improved under the other same conditions.The optimal amounts of catalyst and H2O2 were 10 g/L and 80 mg/L respectively and the range of pH values was 8 to 10.
