摘要
排球裁判工作是开展排球运动和提高排球竞赛工作必不可少的重要组成部分,许多研究和实践表明,虽然排球运动的主体是运动员,但是作为排球比赛不可缺少的组成部分,裁判员所起的作用对比赛也会产生很大的影响。他在临场中的判罚直接影响到运动员技战水平的发挥,甚至影响到比赛的精彩激烈程度和效果。
The volleyball referee work plays a very important and necessary part in developing volleyball sports and improving the work of volleyball competitions.As many researches and practices have indicated,although the athlete is the chief part in the volleyball sports,the umpire,who is the important part in the competitions,has a great effect on the volleyball games.His penalty in the games can directly influence that the athletes bring their skills and tactics into play and whether it is a closely fought game or not.
