摘要
猪传染性胸膜肺炎是由猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌引起的一种接触性呼吸道传染病,以出现肺炎或胸膜肺炎为主要特征。经临床检查、病理剖检、细菌培养、镜检诊断为猪传染性胸膜肺炎,采取隔离、消毒、无害化处理、治疗、加强饲养管理等综合措施,予以控制。在寒冷的冬天和冷热多变的季节、不良的饲养管理和卫生条件差是诱发本病的主要原因,采用肌肉注射、混料投服高敏和中敏药物、加强饲养管理等是治疗的关键。
Porcine contagious pleuropneumonia is a kind of contacting respiratory tract infectious disease,the Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is its pathogen.It appears pneumonia or the peripneumonia as main characteristic.After the clinical examination,the pathology examine,the bacilliculture,the microscopic exam,this disease can be diagnosis.When synthesis measures be used,such as isolation,disinfection,detoxification processing,treatment,enhancement raising management,suppresses,disease is suppressed,In the winter and the cold and hot changeable season,bad raising management and the hygienic condition induce the primary cause.Synthesis measures be used,such as the intramuscular injection the sensitive medicine or mixture them into forage,enhancement raising management is key of this sickness treatment.
