摘要 目的:应用间接免疫荧光方法定性检测NMO-IgG抗体,探讨水通道蛋白4(AQP4)抗体检测对视神经脊髓炎(NMO)的诊断价值。方法:通过对9例NMO患者(NMO组)、10例多发性硬化患者(MS组)、46例神经科其他疾病患者进行AQP4抗体免疫荧光检测,比较各组抗体的阳性率。结果:NMO组中1例患者(88.9%)及MS组中2例患者(20%)AQP4抗体检测为阳性;神经科其他疾病患者阳性2例(4.3%)。NMO-IgG抗体方法诊断NMO的敏感性为88.9%,特异性为91.1%。结论:间接免疫荧光法检测血清NMO-IgG在诊断NMO上有较高的敏感性和特异性。 目的:应用间接免疫荧光方法定性检测NMO-IgG抗体,探讨水通道蛋白4(AQP4)抗体检测对视神经脊髓炎(NMO)的诊断价值。方法:通过对9例NMO患者(NMO组)、10例多发性硬化患者(MS组)、46例神经科其他疾病患者进行AQP4抗体免疫荧光检测,比较各组抗体的阳性率。结果:NMO组中1例患者(88.9%)及MS组中2例患者(20%)AQP4抗体检测为阳性;神经科其他疾病患者阳性2例(4.3%)。NMO-IgG抗体方法诊断NMO的敏感性为88.9%,特异性为91.1%。结论:间接免疫荧光法检测血清NMO-IgG在诊断NMO上有较高的敏感性和特异性。
