摘要
本文运用ANSYS有限元软件进行仿真,分析了厚度对耳片孔边应力集中的影响。通过对不同厚度耳片应力集中系数的计算及分析,得出了耳片最大周向应力集中系数及最大切向应力集中系数随厚度的变化规律曲线。
The effect of thickness on lug's stress concentration is analyzed by ANSYS emulating.The curves of lugs' maximal circumferential and tangent stress concentration factors with different thickness are got by calculating and analyzing the corresponding concentration factors of lugs.The results can be used in predicting the fatigue life of lug structure more accurately, and analyzing the distribution of stress field along thickness around lug's hole.
