无压熔渗法制备Ni3Al/TiC陶瓷基复合材料工艺研究

摘要 通过研究自蔓延高温反应合成的预制件TiC-Ni3Al与金属间化合物Ni3Al的浸润性、渗透性能和渗透动力学,采用SEM、EDS、XRD和金相显微镜等测试分析手段,对复合材料的显微组织进行分析,探讨复合材料熔渗过程中组织的演化形成、组织和性能的关系以及复合物强化机制等。结果表明金属间化合物Ni3Al与预制件TiC-Ni3Al具有很好的浸润性,在一定温度条件下可形成致密无缺陷的组织。Ni3Al与预制件TiC-Ni3Al在熔渗过程中保持各自的化学稳定性,在渗透过程中无新相产生。Ni3Al在预制件TiC-Ni3Al中的渗透深度与渗透时间呈抛物线关系,渗透速度随渗透时间的增加而降低,且随预制件相对密度的增大而降低。 The paper studies the invasiveness,permeability and penetration kinetics of preformed TiC-Ni3Al and inter-metallic composite Ni3Al which are synthesized through self-pervasion high temperature reaction method.By taking such test analysis facilities as SEM,EDS,XRD and metaloscope,the paper analyzes microstructure and fracture mode of composites and discusses the relationship between formation,structure and performance,as well as compound strengthening mechanism in the process of infiltration.The results of the study show that both inter-metallic compound Ni3Al and preformed TiC-Ni3Al have good invasiveness and can form flawless compact structure under certain temperature condition.Inter-metallic compound Ni3Al and preformed TiC-Ni3Al keep their own chemical stability and no new phase forms in the infiltration process.Ni3Al`s infiltration speed and time in preformed TiC-Ni3Al shows parabola relationship:infiltration speed decreases with the increase of infiltration time and also the relative density of the preformed.
