齐齐哈尔市医生工作满意度现状分析与管理对策探讨

Analysis on job satisfaction degree of doctors in Qiqihar and discussion of its management countermeasure

摘要 目的了解齐齐哈尔市医生工作满意度现状,探讨医生对工作满意或不满意的原因及可能存在的问题,分析问题的归因,探讨管理对策,为提高医院绩效提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对齐齐哈尔市8家综合医院348名执业医生进行满意度调查。结果总体满意度为70.1%,对医院管理的满意度最高的选项为对医院行政管理的满意度情况,满意度为50.8%,满意度最低的选项为行政管理部门能够为医生提供公开的、经常性沟通和信息分享的情况,满意度为27.3%。在医生对自身状况满意度最高的选项为对科室内部员工之间的关系,满意度为74.1%,满意度最低的选项为感到工作压力很大,满意度为2.9%。在医生对工作环境满意度情况方面,满意度最高的选项为有足够的可用空间和设备对病人进行查体情况,满意度为59.8%,满意度最低的选项为对医院信息系统的使用范围和更新的印象,满意度为39.7%。结论执业医生对医院的整体满意度比较高,但也存在许多问题,值得今后去研究和探讨。 Objective To investigate the job satisfaction degree of doctors in Qiqihar and the probable reasons why the doctors dissatisfied with their jobs,so as to formulate its management countermeasure and provide evidences for improving hospital performance.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on job satisfaction was used among 348 medical practitioners from 8 general hospitals in Qiqihar.Results The overall degree of satisfaction was 70.1%.On hospital management:50.8% of the doctors were satisfied with administrative management,and only 27.3% were satisfied with open and regular communication and information sharing provided by administrative departments.On self-conditions:74.1% were satisfied with relationships with colleagues,and only 2.9% were satisfied with working stress.On working environment:59.8% were satisfied with enough space and equipments provided for patient examination,and only 39.7% were satisfied with application scope of hospital information system and its updating.Conclusion Although the overall job satisfaction degree of the doctors is relatively high in Qiqihar,many problems still existed,which deserve further study.
