摘要
个体生命与整个人类的历史都是由时间积累而成的,这个由时间续成的历史又与空间密不可分。"逝者如斯"将时间消逝现象看成空间移动现象;"昔闻洞庭水,今上岳阳楼",表明对人的心理感受来说,时间和空间是紧密联系的,这个联系与人的记忆有关。只是我们对纯个人化的时空感受无法通过实证方式进行检验,因为这种感受只停留在个人记忆中,我不是你,我不能知道你的感受。但我们对城市空间的变化却不能不研究,因为这种空间对生活于其中的人影响很大。
This thesis dissertated on the linear composition theory of urban space from the relationship between physical space of form and psychological sense of time. It indicated that the upward vertical space could embodya strong sense of the transcendent sense ofspeed, while the parallel stretched space inthe middle could make the characteristics of stability and time expending. Urban spaces constructed in pure mechanized geometric forms did not meet the psychological needs of human nature. And the vertical upward direction was not the best of urban development. To add parallel space and curve space in urban construction would bea necessary choice for building future livable cities.
