摘要
提高工程项目经济效益是施工企业的必要任务。文章通过分析我国工程项目经济效益低下的现状及其原因,说明了重视工程项目管理,提高工程项目经济效益的必要性,提出了从人员、材料、机械、施工组织设计、质量和安全、新技术、风险管理与索赔、计算机辅助管理等方面提高项目经济效益的各种具体方法和措施。
Under the investigation of the condition for the lower construction project economy benefit in our country,this paper included several factors,and bring forward the measures of improving the economy benefit in view of personnel,material,machine,construction,quality and security,new technology,venture management and counterclaim,computer assistant management,value project.And this paper explained the necessity of paying attention to engineering project management and improving the project economy benefit.
