摘要
介绍湛江某高层住宅楼采用锤击式预应力混凝土管桩基础,在基坑开挖过程中桩身倾斜度偏差超过规范规定,通过对工程桩倾斜事故进行原因分析,采取了相应的技术处理措施,使存在倾斜的工程桩在保证结构安全的基础上得以合理使用。
Accordin g to analyzing the reason of the prestressed concrete pipe pile's inclination,This article presents a successful example from high building projects for preventing piling foundation defects in Zhanjiang city.The inclining degree of pipe pile exceeded the national standard allowed valne after excavating foundation pit.Through static loading test and analysis of the inclined pile,we copy with the pile foundation by some techniques,in order to make use of the inclined piles based on the structure security.
