摘要
工程项目控制价编制是招投标中的关键性工作,主要是加强对招标投标活动的监督管理,进一步建立完善有形建筑市场监管的制度体系。本文首先分析了工程招投标价格的形成机制,并重点探讨了工程量清单计价模式下,招投标控制价在招投标中的重要作用,进一步说明了招标控制价的编制方法,最后提出了投标报价策略。
The preparation of control cost is key work in the project bidding,mainly to trengthen supervision and management of bidding activities,which aims to further stablish and improve the system of physical construction market regulation system.This paper analyzes the project bidding price formation mechanism,discusses the important role of tender control price in bidding under bill of quantity mode,further illustrates the price of the tender approach,then it put forward some countermeasures to ensuring compilation quality.
