摘要
对2011年清远市市区八十六宗住宅工程分户验收的质量状况进行统计分析,结果表明:墙面和顶棚抹灰不合格率为最高,栏杆和护栏高度或其垂直杆件净距不符合规范要求。本文分析住宅分户验收实体质量存在的主要通病原因,并提出了相应的重点防治措施。
Statistical analysis have been carried out on the household acceptance quality status of 86 residential projects in the urban area of Qingyuan City in 2011. The results show that: the wall and ceiling plaster disqualification rates are the highest,the railings and fence height or the vertical bars do not meet the specification requirements. Causes of the main common problems existing in physical quality during residential household acceptance are analyzed in this paper,and main prevention and control measures are proposed.
