重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体-抗体融合蛋白联合甲氨蝶呤治疗早期类风湿关节炎临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis;RA)是一种慢性进行性、以累及周围小关节为主的多系统性炎症性自身免疫病,其特征性症状为对称性、周围性多关节慢性炎性病变。临床表现为受累关节疼痛,肿胀,功能下降,病变呈持续、反复发作过程。RA具有较高的致残率,所以早期诊断、早期治疗对RA病人具有重要意义。
