摘要
本文从历史、文化和哲学等不同侧面对谋略文化的形成和本质作了阐述，揭示了儒、道两家在思想方法上与谋略意识的内在关系，同时还从跨文化比较的角度对谋略文化进行横向考察，概括出谋略文化的主要局限和缺点，强调了其中的反省与警示的意义。
This essay elaborates on the forming and essence of the strategem culture in terms ofhistory, culture and philosophy with a view to bring about the internal relationship between Confucianism and Taoism in their ideology of strategem. A horizontal trans -cultural investigation is also conducted in this concern. The result is a summary of the major limits and drawbacks of strategem culturewith emphasis laid on the self-admonishing significance.
