摘要
双核酞菁钴磺酸盐(工业产品名称PDS)具有以其中心金属原子价改变和大π电子共轭体系为基础的氧化-还原性质,因而它在催化与分子氧有关的反应中具有极其独特的性能。在碱性溶液中,PDS用于天然气、煤气、焦炉气、合成气、汽油以及含硫废水等的脱硫与净化均取得了良好的技术效果和显著的经济效益。脱硫后的主产物为硫磺,副产物为硫代硫酸盐,无硫酸盐生成。此外,PDS经8小时预活化后,其催化活性大大提高。元素分析结果表明,此时PDS分子上增加了约5个硫原子。
The mechanism and dynamics of the desulfurization with PDS catalyst were discussed. The results suggested that the desulfurizing process was a free radical mechanism. In which the electron transfer between oxygen and the fifth ligands, such as HS-,OH-, NH3 etc, set off by the coordinated center Co(Ⅱ) of PDS was the rate-controlling step. The reaction was first order with respect to PDS and HS- concentrations as well as the oxygen pressure. The activation energy of this reaction was 43.23kJ/ mol. The optimum conditions for desulfurization were found as follows: the PDS concentration 0.543-2.713 mmol/m3, the temperature≈308 K and the pH value of washing solution≈8.2.
