摘要
一、对内涵及规律的认识 经济增长是经济总量与个量相统一的增长。这二者是相互联系和相互制约的,所以研究经济增长方式转变,不可忽视这二者及其二者的关系。 经济增长的实践证明,虽然这两个增长都离不开社会环境的影响。但有一点可以肯定:经济总量增长主要是国民经济整体素质的综合作用的结果,经济个量增长主要是企业素质作用的结果。
This Article discusses newly the contents of economic growth- form in dynamic viewpoint, generalizes some basic factors which influence the change of economic growth -form, reveals some stable cause and effect relationships during the course of change, and accroding to the national conditions of China, puts forward some main channels and basic countermeasures in the course of transform.
