摘要
近20多年来,亚洲国家和地区根据内部外部的不同情况,制定了正确的战略措施和亚洲独特的经济发展模式,在经济上取得巨大的成功,并已成为牵动世界经济发展的“中心”。近年来,勇于求变迎新的亚洲国家和地区,对其经济进行了结构性和战略性调整,使经济向深度和广度发展。亚洲的“经济奇迹”,不仅结束了西方国家长期支配亚洲的局面,而且使世界经济格局发生了重大变化。为此,西方国家开始纷纷调整其发展战略,加强与亚洲国家和地区的经济关系。
Proceeding from their respective domestic and international conditions, Asian countries and regions, over the past two decades and more, have formulated a correct strategy and worked out a unique model for their economic development. As a result, they have achieved great economic successes and become a 'centre exerting its influence to world economic development. Of late, the Asian countries and regions, bold in making further changes and creating the new, have made structural and strategic readjustments to their economy, thus boosting the economic growth in both depth and breadth. Such an 'economic miracle' in Asia has not only put an end to the protracted domination by the West over Asia, but also brought about significant changes in world economic pattern. Therefore, Western countries have all started to make readjustment in their strategies and increased their economic relations with the Asian countries and regions.
