摘要
经济因素是目前影响亚太地区安全环境的基本因素。经济迅速增长和国家间经济上相互依赖程度不断加深,及政治上多元性特点,使地区政治格局表现出大国关系与朝鲜半岛和东南亚两个次区域问题相互交融的多重性和复杂性。中、美、日、俄四大国之间的关系对地区安全具有决定性影响。然而,恰恰在这里存在着许多不确定性因素。东盟的崛起和向大东盟方向发展将对大国关系和整个亚太地区安全环境产生深远影响。
The economy is the basic factor affecting the present security environment in the Asia-Pacific region. The region has seen a rapid economic growth with an ever deepening economic interdependence and political diversification. The regional political pattern has manifested a feature of multilateralism and complication in which the big power relationship is interwoven with two sub-regional issues-the Korean Peninsular and the Southeast Asia. The relationship among big powers-China, the United States, Japan, Russia-exert a deciding influence on the regional security. However, uncertainties in great numbers exist in this relationship. The emerging ASEAN and its development into a greater ASEAN will influence profoundly big power relationships and the overall Asia-Pacific security.
