摘要
社会主义市场经济的发展，必然要求建立统一、开放、竞争、有序的劳动力市场。这一支柱市场的启动和运行是我国市场经济体制完善的重要标志。但从我国国情出发，培育和建立劳动力市场仍然存在着许多问题，有些问题甚至是严重的障碍。要培育和建立我国劳动力市场，只有通过深化改革、克服障碍，大胆改革旧的经济体制、劳动管理体制和劳动制度；优化外部环境、改善市场条件，探索和寻求合理的劳动力市场发展模式；充分发挥市场机制的基础作用，尽快完善各种运行机制；加强劳动力市场管理的法制建设，完善法律监督体系并建立必要的政府协调工作系统。只有这样。
With the development of the socialist market economy, we must establish an integrated, open outdoor, competitive and orderly labor market, which is one prop market among the market system. One important characteristic of our market system is the start and operation of the labor market. However, in view of our national conditions, there are many problems in the cultivating and developing the labor market. Some of which have even become serious obstacles. Only by deepening reform, overriding obstacles, changing traditional economic system, and restructuring labor management mechanism and work regulations, can we cultivate and develop our countrys labor market. In order to keep its healthy development, we must 1)optimize exterior environment and improve the market conditions; 2)search and seek reasonable developing pattern of the labor market so as to expound the fundamental function of the market; 3)perfect all kinds of operation mechanism, strengthen the legal system of the management of the labor market and improve the supervision system of the law; and 4) establish necessary coordination working system of the government
